Situation — AI, digital and software projects

We want to try AI, but we don't know where to start or whether it is worth the investment.

Context

Everyone is talking about AI. Your competitors are already getting started. Your teams spend hours on repetitive tasks: quotes, emails, data entry, documents.

You want to know what AI can really do for you. And to check it on a real case, before investing further.

The problem

  • Testing at random is costly. According to an S&P Global survey published in March 2025, nearly half of AI proofs of concept (46% on average) are abandoned before reaching production (CIO Dive (opens in a new tab)).
  • A poor first use case can lead you to conclude, wrongly, that AI is no use to you.
  • Your data must stay protected during the test.

Case study

Real-life caseSeptember 2026

Manufacturer of components for power grids (anonymous)

A manufacturer of components for power grids receives around 200 quote requests a month, by email. Its sales team handles them by hand.

A generative AI tool reads the emails, analyses the attachments, finds the products, calculates the price and drafts the quote. A standard quote now takes 10 minutes instead of 30. More than half of the requests (55%) no longer need any manual work.

Measured accuracy is 96% on sorting emails and 90% on quotes. This case was published in September 2026 by the provider that ran the project; the client remains anonymous.

Why us?

  • We identify the tasks AI can take on in your company, ranked by gain, feasibility and risk, including the three to hand over first.
  • We test the idea on a sample of your data, with the result measured before and after.
  • You then decide whether to continue or stop, based on figures rather than a demo.
  • The test runs in an isolated environment, hosted in Europe.
